My name is Lucie Jane Mulligan and I am currently a student at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities. I am entering my Junior year and am pursuing a BS in Apparel Design as well as a minor in Retail Merchandising. I have been passionate about designing clothing and apparel since I was in 7th grade. Throughout high school I designed and created my homecoming and prom dresses as well as other projects. I have been living in the Twin Cities for two years now and completely love the young and growing fashion world.
